TAFTA is proud to announce our official partnership with Coventi — a bold, homegrown streaming platform created to celebrate and amplify African stories.
Founded by the visionary Bolanle Austen-Peters, TAFTA (Terra Academy for the Arts) has spent years empowering thousands of actors and creatives across Nigeria and Africa. Our mission? To unlock talent, build careers, and project African voices onto the global arts stage.
Today, that mission takes a powerful leap forward.
We’re teaming up with Coventi, an indigenous digital platform designed to distribute and promote authentic African content — from stage plays and short films to concerts and documentaries. This collaboration is more than strategic — it’s cultural. It’s about giving our creatives a bigger platform, a stronger voice, and a global audience.

A Fresh Genre: Stage Play Movies

-
Make African theatre more accessible
-
Offer flexible rentals, subscriptions, and ticketing options
-
Introduce African drama to new global audiences
This is more than a partnership.
It’s a movement.
A movement to put African theatre where it belongs — on the world stage.
So to our TAFTA family — students, alumni, theatre lovers, and supporters — this moment is yours. Let’s take African storytelling to the world.
Don’t dull. Get your ticket. Stream the show. Support the future of African arts.
