I was unemployed and decided to try going the entrepreneur route. I always had great admiration for entrepreneurs, how they were able to grow a business from small scale to a big business just like my business idol Alhaji Aliko Dangote.

The dream and desire to start my own business some day has always been on my mind but I knew it will be difficult if I didn’t have the necessary skills and support to put my plans into place. Sharing these ideas with my friend and he introduced me to TAFTA learning center at his that they offered some courses that I might be interested in.

I decided to enroll the Arts and business enterprise course as it suited my objectives, after taking the course I followed up on subsequent training and sessions on Business Development, it wasn’t easy as I had to move from one local government to the other but I kept going because I really wanted the knowledge to pursue my dreams and thanks to the Business Development team because it was from the training and sessions I was taught that I didn’t need much capital to start my business and ways in which I could start with little capital and how I can attract investors if I wanted to expand the business

By Allah’s will I can confidently say I am now an entrepreneur with the knowledge I got from TAFTA Arts and Business Enterprise course.

My name is Sulaiman Abubakar an entrepreneur from Kano State.
